I've owned this for a few months. It works really well on my armpits and bikini line, but is way too time consuming for my legs, and doesn't last as long as I had hoped. Under my arms is awesome. I used to have to shave them several times a week. Now I can go nearly 2 weeks without seeing a single hair. So, not quite the 6 weeks it claims, but 2 weeks is a lot better than 2 days!!
Also, the first few times I used it, it HURT, but it gets better, and the hair gets finer, which makes it faster and easier to remove.
Overall, I think this is a great product for the money, and I use it all the time!

I use to wax my underarms, arms, upper lip & legs...but not anymore. This is great & in the end it's going to be a lot cheaper to use than buying wax. Just so you know it really hurts!!!! Not a little a whole lot. The first time I used it I had to stop a couple of times in between, because of the pain. I've now been using it for about 3 months & it's not as bad as it was the first time. The hair grows back in patches, which means less hair to pull & less pain. It doesn't pull the very fine hairs, but I don't really care because it still looks good. Using it for your underarms is truly great. At first I was using it once a week but now I use it every 2-3 weeks. It's really great!!!!

I purchased this item and have found it useless since it is damaged. When my item arrived and I tried to plug the cord to the electricity socket, nothing happened. I plugged it in another socket and again nothing happened no movement or lights. I contacted the store via e-mail and the customer service suggested me to return the item and they would ship the new one. It took more than a month for me to wait for the replacement item. When it arrived, again it is useless. I contacted the customer service again and the reply was 'perhaps the voltage is not suitable'. I paid a lot of money for the item (including the shipping cost for the returned item), time to wait for the e-mail replies and the replacement item, just to find it useless. Of course I was suggested to return the item back to get refund, but I have paid more than the amount I would get from the refund with disappointment as the result. Why should I pay another shipping cost for shipping another returned item?
Well especially for Indonesians please be careful to buy electronic items online. I'd rather go direct to the store than shopping online after this experience.

This is a right-handed epilator. I am left-handed, but it still works alright.
It does the job well. If you like epilation, you will be pleased with the product. You have to be aware of ingrown hairs, and the pain, and be ready to deal with those things. Epilators are not for sissies! That said, I love mine. It lasts longer than shaving, and is way easier than waxing.

I bought this product (corded) from eBay. I was very hesitant to try an epilator since I'd read horror stories about the pain. Yes, it was painful at first. But some advice before using: Make sure the hair you're pulling/epilating is about 1/8 inch or less. Shorter hurts less. And do it after a warm bath or shower. It doesn't hurt as much. It took some getting used to, with gritting teeth, but now it barely hurts at all. In fact, I've never gone back to a razor. I use it about once every 1-2 weeks and it keeps my legs and underarms hair free. No more stubble. Tried bikini area but it was too painful. Underarms hurts the least - surprisingly. This product has changed my life for the better and I would strongly recommend it. Yes, do remember to pull skin taut before using, especially underarms and back of the knees. That was a painful lesson when it grabbed my skin. I would strongly recommend it. Makes life easier! Plus, after epilating, if you allow hair to grow back in, any hair that returns comes back softer, thinner, lighter in color.
