Didn't quite get all the hairs and I think this thing may have been breaking the hairs off rather than plucking them. I used rechargeable batteries and recharged after doing one arm. This is my first experience with one of these things and am not sure if I'm sold on the idea of them. I think I'd rather have arm hair than having mostly no arm hair with some sorter stubble growing back.

I bought this epilator for about 20 dollars. I can honestly say that I haven't had to use a razor ever since I got it. Although sometimes I have to go over the same area with the epilator to pick up stray hairs, the hair comes back thinner and much slower so it's worth the time. Epilating is also not as painful as tweezing individually or shaving nicks. I recommend this product for areas such as the underarms, face, and arms but not so much for legs.

I got this for facial hair. It works just fine as long as you follow the directions precisely. You hold the head flat against the skin. Imagine a roller ball on deodorant. Hold the skin taut. Go in circles. The vibration startles and the hair removal feels like a little tug. I'm pleased. It is hard to go in circles on the point of the chin. I don't know how it would work on underarms or legs. I'm glad I bought it. I would have a couple of stiff hairs poking out on my chin. I could feel them. But I couldn't see them. I would pluck and pluck until by luck ....

I own the Braun Silk-epil Expressive Epilator and I'm happy with it. But, I wanted a small one for more delicate areas (i.e. under arms & bikini). Unfortunately, this one didn't remove a thing. The tweezer head is curved (vs. straight across) and unless you have long hairs to pluck, this won't do a thing for you. I'm familiar with epilating and tried every which way to get it to work, but to no avail. I printed out my return label & I'm heading to the post office today.
