I am really happy with my purchase. I use to wax but this is better than waxing. It takes half the time of waxing and it gets more hair out than waxing. Also great for traveling, it's small and you can take it anywhere.

I've had several epilators over the years. This one is by far the best--it actually removes the hair that others seem to miss. A big help is the little light that lets you see exactly what you are doing. It's a thoughtful touch.
While the various heads and interchagable bits might be a little daunting at first, if that's what it takes for a really smooth epilation, it's well worth it to me. And the shaver is a bonus, though I didn't think I wanted or needed it. It does actually come in handy because you can first shave rather long hair, then finish with epilation.
It's a pity there are so many models out there (why?). It makes shopping for epilators really confusing. But I am totally happy with this one despite the endless other choices out there.

i used to have an old braun epilator which i loved. this one is great too, but comparing it to the first one i don't find it as durable. it works great and it has useful attachments but i use it often and it feels it gets "tired" fast. other than that i am pleased with my purchase. anka

this epilator works great on course hair, but not so great for thinner, finer hair. it worked great in my calf/shin area where the hair is slightly more coarse, but as it got up around my thighs where my hair is thinner the tweezers have difficulty grabbing at the hair. works GREAT on underarms but it is a wee bit painful the first few times. you get used to it tho. have not tried it anywhere else but legs and underarms.

I bought the Braun 5370 Silk-epil Body System Epilator to replace one (not a Braun) I had for 15 years. It works Great! I love it! I did not realize how slow my old one was until I tried this one. It is wonderfully easy on the skin but works efficently. I recommend it highly.
